A Slam Dunk Pulled Down The Basketball Hoop.
An excited and apparently tall kid performed a slam dunk and pulled down the basketball hoop. It was down on the ground with some bent and broken parts. This Lake of the Isles Uptown resident had me reinstall the hoop.
It was originally installed incorrectly with bolts that were not threaded all the way to the head. I installed wood brackets to give the new bolts more space to grab onto. I install basketball hoops pretty often. Usually in the summer. Hmm, I wonder why.
