My Employee Will Fix It

I receive calls for seemingly simple things. Until you start, that is. This was the result of a restaurant having an employee fix the bathroom stall lock. They tried several times unsuccessfully to install a lock. But without the right sized pre-drilled holes and matching screws its pretty easy for them to get pulled out, or even stripped on install.
